Hello.

I have a report created in CR 9 that looks at our inventory database. The report is designed to tell us what stock is in what location based on a SKU that we enter. For example if we enter a SKU of '1234', the report shows a list of all locations that have SKU '1234'. What I'm having trouble with is when we have no stock on hand for SKU '1234' in any location. I still need the Description of the product to print on the report, but since there isn't any stock, the report doesn't print the description. Is there any way of telling CR to print the description even if there's no stock?

Help!

Your report probably uses EQUAL joins between the SKU and STOCK tables.

If you alter your report to use a LEFT-OUTER join from the SKU ---> STOCK tables, then you should get ALL you SKU listings and any STOCK listing that match that SKU.
