NO SPEECH ON 3RD PARTY SIP PHONES ON PANASONIC HTS32

Good day
i have a problem with panasonic HTS32 with 3rd party sip phones (Htek uc c902) when a call comes in and answere on any phone the speech is there the problem comes whe you trasfare it to another sip, the speech goes (no audio). how can i solve these issue
