I have a serious problem, i have a IPECS MG with 3 VoIB Card 1 x Voib 24 and 2x Voib 8, i sometimes lose speech between IP Phone and SLT or Digital terminals. I have 40 Ip phones only installed in this system, my channels are split between SIP lines( 12) and rest are for VoIP networking and IP phones.
I have upgraded the cards and software to version 2.5 and still the problem still comes back. The MPB and system VoIB cards are sitting on different router or subnet with the IP phones, could it be a problem of the network or switching between two routers at the same site or i am missing some programming on the system.
Please help.
