No sound when importing Divx

Hi!

I'm new with Premiere... But I've tried to import a divx-movie. I can see the movie but the sound doesn't work... I see the audioline at the bottom of the screen but I can't hear it!!! Why??? Please help!

Hi Granen - I can't help you, but have the same problem with .avi files (made in Pinnacle) in Windows Media Player 7. Can you see and hear .avi files? Have you tried playing these divx movies in Windows Media Player? Ed
