No sound, only on Web server Fp2003

Hello,

I added a quick background sound to my Intranet sight at work. The sound plays when i test it on the Web Server but not on any other systems?
Code:

All XP PRO systems Ie6 Ie7

First and most obvious question - Can you play a wav file on the other computers locally? It could be the XP systems do not have a sound device installed.
