I have 3 PRI T-1's and am using 3 routes. I route my local calls out the same routes as my 911 calls. We use Route 12 then 10. LD is just a failover for 911 calls and we are actually hitting Route 12 with these calls. We get SMDR records for all calls made out routes 12 and 10 but no 911 calls. Just for testing, I made a 10 second call to a local number, saw it print out a SMDR record, then I called 911 and talked to the operator for about 45 seconds verifying information and whatnot. No record. I have done 3 test and still no results. Can anyone think of a reason?? I hate calling 911 and testing with them......

Most 911 services do not provide Ans supervision, so no record. You can look at for a cheat to print out 911 records immed.

Mextera,

ps 2000stuff is a great site for 2000's I just wish there was something for the IPKII.

Thank you. I am using onboard SMDR so I will have to add an AP00 to resolve this if that seems to be the case. Thank you for the reference.
