No skillsets available under Callpilot150 Realtime report (Latest RCC & CCRS installed)

** Norstar MICS Rls 6.1 software
** CP 150 CPL_CC_31.10.36.22 (latest available on support.avaya.com)
** CCRSAppServer - 31.10.37.16
** RCC - 2.45.105

Just Installed the latest RCC & CCRS software and everething works find exept that I don't see any Skillsets so I cannot run any reports nor realtime view & IPView

** All results were OK after running the RCC Install Verification Utility
** Connection to the Call center is 100% and data is collected

This problem is driving me crazy.... I did reinstall everything twice and I'm still having this issue. I even tried to downgrade and I did installed the CP31_10_21_22_ccrsappsvr and I was getting the same result with the old RCC... no skillsets.

FIY, I never restarted the Callpilot150 since I am working remotely on the Server and I have no access to the CallPilot, would it help if I reboot. Connection between the CCRS and the CP150 is well established....

Back top basic guys.... a simple Callpilot reboot and everything works now...
