I have created a website in Dreamweaver 8 and am ready to publish it. But the site control icons (Put, Get, CheckIn, CheckOut, etc) do not appear on the Files folder and they are grayed out in the Site pull-down menu. Selecting "Test" in the Configure Server menu says "Macromedia DreamWeaver connecter to your server successfully". What is going on?
