Aloha 5.3.15 - Aloha was recently reinstalled.

I seem to remember someone helping me with this before, and it being a relatively simple fix.

I can't remember what it was though.

Description:

Server goes to a modifier screen for a hamburger and and hits NO and ONIONS. When they go back to the order screen to add another item, their view of the check does not say NO ONIONS, but only ONIONS.. it's indented like the NO should be there, but it doesn't show on their screen.

It prints as NO ONIONS to the kitchen, so it's working properly, it just creates some temporary confusion.

This is the case with NO, SIDE and EXTRA-they're all doing this.

Could someone refresh my memory as to the solution here?

Thanks!

Is this TS or QS? I know there was a problem in the TS version regarding this, but I thought it affected the FOH screen AND the chit. The problems occurred if DOMMGRAPHICS=TRUE and MMSCHEME=bluestone800 are set in the mm.ini

Bigblok-

It's TS.

I can't say for sure it doesn't effect the kitchen chit-I don't remember that being the case the last time it happened, and I would also think that if it was happening on the kitchen chit, it would be a much bigger deal (about a week passed before client even bothered to tell me it was happening, so for that reason, I assume it was not happening in the kitchen). I will double check though.

So is your suggestion to set both of those to entries to FALSE?

Thanks

I would see if the mm.ini has this, if not then my guess is wrong. If it set to this try just changing DOMMGRAPHICS=TRUE to DOMMGRAPHICS=FALSE.

Bigblok-

Apparently that fix went something like this (I instructed the guy over the phone, I wasn't actually there): after a making the change and refreshing the system, it did not work, with the exception of 1 terminal-and on that terminal where it did work, it sounds like it went to the Aloha Classic graphics theme, while the rest were on Cool Wave.

So I just had him set the DOMMGRAPICS back to True, and look for some other solutions.

Thanks for the suggestions though.
