I've suddenly lost the icon on the start menu to turn off the PC! It only shows the "log off" option now. I cannot find any option which allows me to put it back! Am I being stupid and there is an obvious solution or has this happened to anyone before? Please save me the hassle of a re-install!

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Value: 0

This is likely due to a Group Policy edit. Check anything you might have done in gpedit.msc

It can also occur if you choose the "Classic" Start menu option.

You can edit this in Start Menu, Properties by right-clicking the Start button and selecting Properties.
