Hi,

When I launch Front Page 3.0 an error pops up, "no server on port 80 at ..." I closed Front Page, ran the Server Admin to install, check and fix extensions, then launched Front Page again with the same result. I've repeated this process with a PC reboot after fixing extensions and before running Front Page with the same results.

I also now have Sygate Personal Firewall running which wasn't running the last time I ran Front Page successfully. I'm wndering if port 80 (http) has some restictions applied from Sygate Firewall that Front Page does not like.

Thanks for your help!

Perhaps your Firewall (as any good Firewall would) has disabled all ports by default. Now you have to open port 80. You may also have to open port 21 for FTP.

Just a guess.
