I am working with a Call Pilot 703t on a 4.5 Nortel PBX. With a certain DN any time a call reaches this DN and there is already a call in the Call Pilot the caller is transferred to the attendant "0". the first call goes thru fine. There are plenty of channels available. I can not see any settings that are different to this mailbox or TN/DN than any other. Any ideas? It seems like it has to be some setting I am missing.
