No ScreenSaver Options..

Sounds like there are no screen savers installed.
Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, Windows Setup tab. I forget which category, but you can add the screen savers there. If it's already ticked, just untick it, restart then retick to reinstall. Have your windows CD handy.
