no screenrefresh on 5340

When loging in as a hotdesk user on a teleworker phone, the 'application' part of he screen doesn't refresh.

So, you'll see the phonenumber of the phone, instead your own.

Is this a (slow?) internet issue?
(Refresh with an internal phone works okay.)

What kind of connection are you using? DSL, CABLE modem ?

SDSL, 2mb up and 2mb down. (the teleworker is connected to the internet with a 10 mb glasfiber)
