no screen rewrite when moving userform 1

Hi all,
I've seen this before, and forget how to resolve it. I have a userform in Excel2000. When I move it around the screen, it leaves a trail, in other words, the screen behind it (a regular Excel worksheet) is not refreshing itself. How can I fix this?

somewhere in the code ScreenUpdating property was set to False, True set back after closing the form?
