No 'Scan' Folder

Hello. I need help with my Symantec AntiVirus Coorporate Edition. It is up to date, but I can't start a scan because the 'Scan' Folder is missing for some reason. Also there is nothing wrong with the software because it installs fine on other computers and I have tried Reinstalling. Please Help!
 
Which version of savce? Can you post the exact error message?

I've never seen a 'Scan' folder. By chance, have you selected a folder for it to scan that doesn't exist anymore?
 
What I mean is there is no option for me to scan at all. There are also no error messeges of any kind. I canno't schedual scans, start scans or scan anything for viruses for that matter.
