No sales showing in reports in Aloha Manager 6.4

Im trying to pull sales up in aloha manager on a system running aloha 6.4. The problem that we are having is that when we run sales it shows nothing under the sales. Im using Reports>Sales>Sales>Summary and selecting a date. Now when I pull up Hourly Sales and Labor Reports it shows the data in there. Is there something that is not setup in alohamanager?

sounds like the grind process did not run on that day.

click start run

for table service type in:
%iberdir%\bin\grind /date 20110308

for quick service type in:
%iberdir%\bin\grindq /date 20110308

you might have missed checking the sales report settings. try checking it and include whatever report you wanted to see.

if nothing happened, try again what coorsman said.
