hello. im trying to setup a system like this. BCM 400 4.0 -> Trixbox -> voip provider. all systems are linked via SIP. but when i dial from the BCM i get an "no route to destination" error. here are some of the details

- setting in the IP trunk tab are the ff:
destination IP: IP of the Trixbox
destination digits: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0
GW Type = Other
GW Protocol = None
VoIP Protocol = SIP

i already tried in the destination digits putting only 6 since we are testing it to call in a 646 number. i also tried in the destination digits the exact 10 digit number but still there is an error.

- before when the wrong ip of the BCM was tagged in the trixbox, i can see in the reports of the trixbox that there is an unseccessfull call from the BCM passing to the trixbox. but when the right IP was set, that is where the error arises.

- a softphone extension of the trixbox can call the 646 number correctly using dial 91. i tried both from the BCM dialing with and with 91 but still same results

- BCM -> voip provider, still same error. we were able to get this to work before using a different switch of their provider but i dont know why we cant with this new server.

i already tried restarting the BCM. FEPS is running but i also tried restarting that. according to the BCM, "Gateway is running".

any suggestions? im thinking the problem is on the voip provider side since we tested to connect the BCM to a quintum via SIP but we did not encounter any error. but the error "no route to destination" is coming from the BCM itself. thanks

Could this be from the routs and dest. codes in dialing plan? Are these built? And phonrs with pool assigned .

yes. routes and destination codes are OK. for testing, we made a dial code 79 which points to ip trunks. phones also have access to ip trunks.
