No Route Found-SBC

i have a issue when i forward a user to their cell phone it only works from external DID to users cell phone. if i call the extension from internal the SBC rejects it with no route found. any idea?

Check uder user and forwarding and make sure that forward internal calls is checked

Do you have any traces or are we just gonna guess?

On my IPO SE 9.1 and SBCE 6.3 it works just fine.
