Hi all,

I got a client who is getting this error:

No root to the specified subnet address.

I'm thinking it's a firewall issue at her site but I am not entirely sure .. anyone seen this before??

Are you using the Citrix SSL Realy for secure communicatons?

We have a Smartgate VPN in place for security ...

It seem to be that client .. cause I log in via the Smartgate VPN ...

Does it NAT the address when you get in via VPN, try doing a nslookup after you VPN in and see if you can resolve the address. If you can then log on to the console of the Citrix box and try doing a nslookup to your box. Ping from the Citrix box to you box.
