No root disk controller found error message in hwconfig

After installing the driver ad160 for the disk (sco openserver 5.0.5) on a Compaq ML370 G2 server and im having this error. Pls find below :
ad160 entries recongonized : 4
WARNING: memory excessively fragmented (inuse map full)WARNING: memory excessively fragmented (inuse map full)
WARNING: memory excessively fragmented (inuse map full)

ad160: driver "ad160" sucessfully loaded.
Loading ram disk image (fd64)rootFS
memory excessively fragmented (inuse map full)
Cannot find superblock : cannot load image

The system hangs after above mentioned message
