No ringtone when calls diverted over ISDN

I have an issue where I have a divert to an external mobile on an Avaya with ISDN2, the divert works fine but when you call in to the main number there is silence and no ringtone at all, which is very off putting, the calls is diverting adn the mobile is ringing..! V_10.1.0.8.0 build 3,

I had it twice, it was the "call proceeding" info missing in the ISDN stack, I solved in the BRI interface settings with the "Progress replacement" field
