In TSW SP3 there is no ringtone at all for internal and external caller in this combination:

mdir= MEX-Extension (MobilPhone)
sdir= Office-Phone (D4)
MNS on Office-Phone for MEX-Extension

Any ideas?

another problem in this scenario:

internal call comes to the MEX-Extension and is answered via MNS. Another internal caller makes callback at busy to the MEX-Extension. If call is finished, callback comes to the Office-Phone and the MNS, but not to the MEX-Extension... That is a real problem, because Office-Phone and MNS have calalt=0. So I rely on my ringing MEX-Phone on my desk - and I hear: nothing

how are your calls towards mobile phones routed? (landline, FCT, VPN,...)

missing ringtone: a bug in the Software; will be solved by Ericsson

Callbackproblem: It seems to be designed in this manner by Ericsson. Callback comes only to the device, which was indeed busy and not to all positions in the parallel-ringing-list. But for me it is a design-mistake.
