No ringing tone on tranferd calls

Thanks for taking the time to read this post.

I'm an experienced PBX engineer (Mitel, NEC & Samsung) but very new to Panasonic and was hoping you'd be able to offer me some assistance on the following?

Customer has a TDA100 on ISDN2, everything is working perfectly fine apart from that when calls are transferd NO ringing tone is heard, just silence. this is happening when calls are transferd from the AA, a fixed call forward or when manually transferd. The call successfully transfers and the called party/extension rings but whilst holding for the called party to answer you receive silence?

I've spent a stupid amount of time searching through the programming but Panasonic don't exactly label things as you'd expect..lol

Any assistance would be very much appreciated

If using the software,In operator bgm settings in system settings
Bottom of the page sound on transfer ( set to same as moh) change to ringback tone

The reason you are getting no sound is the system is set to play external music and it is not connected or not working. You can change this to tone on same page
