Does anyone here experienced that a first ACD call got flashing only and the next call provide audio ringing?
We're having problem with that recently and we don't know what is causing the problem. Our setup is simple. We have CS1K Rel. 6.0 both main and branch office. Our agents are located at branch and phones are registered to main server. During initial phone bootup, we are logged in to local server and automatically been re-direct to main server. Recently, our agents complain about the behaviiour of the call whereas the first call don't ring and once they hang up, the next and succeeding calls become normal.
Anyone who could provide possible problem and resolution to this?
