No ringback tone - PRI

Hi all.

I have av Mitel 3300 with PRI connections to the operator.

for about three weaks something must have gone wrong, beacuse now I dont have any ringback tone on calls that is done fram one fixed phone to another fixed phone, se below

call from Fixed phone to fixed phone when dailing as an external call. result No ringback tone

call from fixed phone to fixed phone when dailing using the ext numbers. result ringback tone

software version is 4.2 SP1

any one with any tips for resolving this?
the operator the customer use cant see anything wrong.

More than likely the issue is in the COS of the set.

Do any other phones share the same COS as the one acting this way?

fixed phone = IP phone?

Ringback internal is produced by phones. External by the system. tried resetting system?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

I've seen something similar.
Turned out to be a protocol mismatch between the PBX and the carrier.
