No Ringback Tone for calls from SIP Trunk to IP Phones

A third party system with softphone clients is integrated to CUCM4.1 over a SIP Trunk. Calls flow pretty OK in both directions, but inbound calls from third party system to Cisco IP Phones hear no Ringback Tone. Any ideas what to check?
