no ring lines in pool 1

I am new on the merlin system and with help from you guys have set up a new department that is seperate from the main site. There are 10 mlx 5 phones with 3 ground start lines in a pool on all customer sets and has asked for ring on all. When I was leaving the site they changed their mine and want three just to flash on the pool. I looked everywhere and had to leave before getting it changed. It's hopefully a simple change but I sure can't find it .

Have them dial:

Feature 00
Press the pool button
Dial *35
Feature *00
