No ring back tone when AA transfers calls.

3300ICP version 8.0.11.7

No ring back tone when AA transfers calls.

If I call a DID eg 8528748 I get ringback tone.

If I call AA no. 8528701 and enter extension 8748
that ext. rings but there is no ring back tone.

customers complaint of the silence they hear.

Any suggestions ?

Looked at COS but could find nothing tha would cause
this problem.

There is a new COS option that was introduced with rel 8 UR3.

Music on Hold on Transfer provides Music on Hold instead of ringback tone on inbound transferred calls until the calls are answered.
