No right click functionality in Outlook

My hard drive died and I had to reinstall. I installed only Windows XP Pro and Office XP then did all available windows updates and all available office xp updates.

Now, I can't get any right click menus in Outlook. Right clicks work in OS and IE. Tried reinstall again with the same result.

Any ideas?
