I have IP Office 11.1.3.1 connecting SIP trunk to AT&T Border Element. The routing appears to be good although the BE is not pingable. I am getting - No response to SIP Options Messages and AT&T is saying they are not seeing options messages. I have set it up per Application Notes for AT&T BE and made one change per another thread, but still not working. Trunk is out of service.
