No Response problem now and again

Tech Spec.. Aspect 8 (or something) Seagate Info Desktop 7.5

we have a report that runs every 15mins directly to a excel file which M$ access links direct to so our agents can view there stats.

Problem is now and a again (well most nights) all reports stops because this 1 report has "No Response", is it possible to run more than 1 at a time (Dont think it is, tried to connect to different database's but no luck) or know why it could return "No Response"?

I've had similar problems when one report could not log on to the database, it would hang and take them all down until we cleared it.

still happen then or did u find a solution? i have tried to set it so it trys 3 times but i dont think that even kicks in

The problem was the report in question was missing the password, I put it in with CE admin and it was able to log on then. And actually, it would only hang requests on the particular page server it was using, we have 3, so 2/3 of the reports still worked. Yeah check it's log on info.

but works almost 80% of the time so cant b the password, its really strange
