No reply from InDesign Magazine

I recently subscribed to InDesign Magazine but never received any information regarding how to access the PDFs. The web sign-up never sent a confirmation nor was I ever asked to create a username and password.

I've sent a couple of emails to several of the addresses listed on their "Contact Us" web page but have not gotten a single reply.

Does anyone get InDesign Magazine? Are they still in business? Has anyone had a similar experience with them?

Since all of your communication appears to be via email, I would check to make sure that their replies are not being filtered and marked as spam on your end. Try using another email address to send your messages to them.

Hi there. My husband and I both write for InDesign Magazine (he writes the InBrief column) and, yes, they are most definitely in business. As I understand it, if you buy a one-year subscription, you'll receive just the new issues, but a two-year subscription will get you all back issues as well. Passwords are emailed out when the next issue is ready. Which emails did you try to contact them through? I have had good luck with info@indesignmag.com.

It's strange that you didn't receive a confirmation...did the purchase appear on your credit card? Maybe it never went through. Ditto on your emails...did you try from a different emaill address?

Just last week, I took out the two year sub to ID Mag, and within a day, I was sent an email giving me the username and password to download the latest issue (#13) and a separate email containing the usernames and passwords for all the back issues. All were successfully downloaded.
