I have tried multiple times to renew my AVG license. After over two weeks I have asked "Elements 5" to refund my payment as I have not received the renewal key. This is very frustrating! I have uninstalled and gone to the free version. Any ideas how to get Grisoft to respond?

No Renewal License Key

I'm sure this is to late to help now given the date of your post, but just in case you can contact a reseller or distributor in your region to renew your license as well rather than doing it exclusively through E5/Grisoft.com, especially if you are having problems.
We are a Distributor, and do provide those type of renewal services as well as free US phone support for our customers (exclusively), you may also find a reseller in your local area at Grisoft's home page as well that can assist :
