No records in form

This has worked for years but just quit. I don't know what I could have done.
I have a form based on a table of Songs, Authors,song words, etc. The form lets me add records, change info, etc. Now, it will only display a blank form. There are no filters set, and all the objects are directed to the correct fields. The table is still there and has all of the records in it.I am sure that I probably did something but I don't ever remember going into the design of the form since I first created it in 2007. I am using access 2007;

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did the form property "Data Entry" get set to Yes?
