I am new to Nice and am self taught so bear with me
We are unable to find any recordings for 2 agents, all other agents are ok. All settings are the same as other agents, can anyone give me some pointers?
tell me what info you need and I'll find out, all I can say is that it's connected to an Avaya CM3, can't see if it's connected via the trunks (though I would guess it is)as thre is no obvious T points. the avaya CDR is not configured.
It's my first time with Nice recorders but am familiar with Witness/Eyretel systems.
Your probably using Avaya CT integration then. If so, you have to make sure those to stations (not the agent extension numbers) are in your device Group on the T-Server that Nice connects to.
If you are using CVLan or Genesys integrations you have to update your device list on the Nice CLS.
