No "properties" link on Home

Running MS Reporting Services on Vista under IIS 7.0. Set it up the way I have in the past under XP and Win2K3, except for the Application Pool recommendations on TechNet. I managed to get the server running and can browse reports from local and remote machines. My domain account is in the admin group and my built-ins are system adminstrator role in RSS. But there is no "properties" link or "site setup" on my RSS Home page. Has anyone seen this? And what did you do to fix it? I have exhausted the internet looking for help on this and would appreciate any help you can give.
