No "From" field under view in outlook 2002

I am trying to set up someone so she can send on behalf of other users. I have granted the permissions and all that, but when I try to send an e-mail from her account there is no option under view for the "From" field, so she can't choose who she is sending it from.

I was thinking it may be something that didn't get installed originally, but I didn't see anything to install off of the disk.

We use exchange 5.5 and she is using office 2002. I have done this on 2000 and on other xp machines and had no problem, but like I said there is no option on this particular box. Any ideas?

Try right clicking the tool bar and selecting CUSTOMIZE.

Then select COMMANDS> VIEW

Scroll down until you get to FROM FIELD

Hold down the left mouse key on the "entry" and drag it to a Toolbar

When the button is clicked it will add the Field to the Email Form
