No Public dial tone on sip trunk

Hi
We are interconnected Mx One and Mitel A470 with SIP trunk,while PRI trunk in Mx one,In Mitel A 470 we ceased PRI trunk via dial '0'
and external number.
Call initiared and speech established,but their is no public dial tone while we pressing '0'in A 470.
in A 470 we are creating PISN user and also Make SIP route to dial outgoing in PISN.

Client needs dial tone when he dial 0 and In Mx one we got external dial tone by ceasing 0

Please help me is there any setting to generate secondary dial tone in A470 or Mx one

You might be able to use LCR on the A470 instead of PISN.
I'm not sure on your number plan and i haven't really used LCR on the A470 much but I don't see why it shouldn't work.
