No printer port from print server

I have a server(in a Citrix server farm) that gets it's printer's settings from a print server. A few of the printers don't get the port settings from the print server. These printers worked for quite awhile but a couple of days ago access to the printers would timeout after about 5 minutes. There are quite a few printers being accessed by the servers in the farm, but no other server in the farm has this problem. I was wonderimng if there is a registry setting that might be corrupt, as I have deleted all the printers and reinstalled them several times, but the same printers always return to the previous state.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.(My boss wants results).
