No Print

Hi, I have a Zerox 470 workcentre which prints fine on all progs except explorer and oe 6 Can anyone help as I need to print some emails. When I go to print it finds the correct printer and when I hit print nothing.

Does it print properly from Internet Explorer? Internet Explorer & OE share many of the same printer settings.

Click on START, then RUN, then run each command line listed below, then test your printing in OE and IE.

regsvc32 vbscript.dll
regsvc32 jscript.dll
