Hi all,

When I do an outgoing call to external number, I use the prefix 0 or 9 and more 80 diferents prefixs, depends from wich provider I want get out.
The issue is on the smdrs repports I can't see if the call goes out through the line with the prfix "x" or by the line with the prefix "y" because in the ARS Digit Modificatin Plan I absorb 1 digit.
I could not found on the smdrs option or on the COS where I can change to do the way that we can see on the smdrs the prefix before the number on outgoing call.
information: I'm using sip lines.
exemple:
08/25 16:07:58 0000:00:53 2011 2011 (no prefix and we need the prefix)261511530 A 000 02011 M0001665 A

The Prefix is deleted before the call is dialed out so you will never see it in SMDR

Each trunk has it's own trunk number and the trunk number should be in the SMDR record.

If you are using SIP trunks, you need to make sure that each SIP Peer is assigned a separate trunk identifier for SMDR

If you are dialling out via remote systems depending on the steering digits you will only see X999 as the trunk number on the local system and you will need to view the SMDR on the remote system to verify that the call progressed through there.

[ul]
[li]Optionally, for PRI/SIP/Remote PBX, you can turn on the CCS Trace and observe the call with all of the digits and the exact PBX that was used to handle the call[/li]
[/ul]

For Analog Trunks the SMDR Trunk number in SMDR should suffice.

If its another trunk type, please elaborate.

Hi KwbMitel,
thank you for your answer. Even making the call from the local system, on the smdrs does not showing the trunk service number identifier. I`m using the trunk 9 on sip peer for the call with extension 2011 to number 621268867.

08/27 08:45:52 0000:00:36 X9999 **** T0661250000 1715013 5013 000 0661250000 1715013 Y0045248 C
08/27 08:46:49 0000:00:02 2011 2011 621268867 A 000 02011 E0003578 A
08/27 08:45:43 0000:01:51 X9999 0009 3110 3010 000 0621140472 171233 S0003367 A
08/27 08:47:27 4034 4034 0621318457 X9999 000 04034 Y0006705 A

Something is missing me on the config? I have level 1 and 2 active on the Smdrs
Thank you

In the SIP Peer Profile>Basic tab>SMDR Tag field enter a unique 4 digit number, i.e. 8000, 8001, etc, for each different Peer. This number will show in the SMDR log. X9999 in your example is a call over the IP trunks in the cluster.

As I stated in my first response "If you are using SIP trunks, you need to make sure that each SIP Peer is assigned a separate trunk identifier for SMDR"

ah okay. Super. sorry KwbMitel, I didn't understood well.
thank a lot to the booth of you.
