Make sure the surge arrestor's power switch is in the ON position, and check for power at the surge arrestor. OK? Check for power at the computer cord. OK? Make sure the power supply's switch is in the ON position, and its voltage selector is in the correct position. OK? Make sure the power supply's main connector is securely seated on the MB. OK? Check for the correct voltage at the power supply's connecter- http://www.ochardware.com/articles/psuvolt/psuvolt2.html No good? PS is bad. OK? MB is bad. Upvote 0 Downvote
