No possibility to customize toolbars in Acrobat 7.0 ?

i.e.:
- add / remove buttons on existing toolbars
- create toolbars
- change icon size or appearance

etc.

like in MS Word.

Current location of some buttons, e.g. "PDF optimizer" or "Text box" is less than appropriate, plus it's stupid to keep big toolbar on screen when I really need only one button on it.
