After installing MS Windows NT Options Pack 4 (IIS 4.0), my NT server has stopped broadcasting on port 110. Now none of my POP3 clients can connect to this server (which also runs Exchange v5.5) and receive their email.
This is the error message I get when Outlook Express tries to get email:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: '192.168.20.3', Server: '192.168.20.3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E.
Please help as this is getting desperate.
