no permission to use network resource

There is this XP Pro which had a shared folder. When I try to access a shared folder on this machine from another XP Pro machine, I get a,
"machine_name not accesible. You might not have permission to acces this resource. Contact the administrator of this erver to find out if you have access permissions"
Now I have shared this folder and have given "change rights" to everyone on the network, but even still.
Any ideas.
