No PDC visible in Server Manager

NT 4.0 SP6a, PDC
NT 4.0 SP4, BDC

Problem:
It is not possible to add new workstations to the domain.

If we look in the server manager the PDC and BDC are visible, but if we filter for domain members, there is only the BDC visible!

How can we solve this issue?

That would be correct. The PDC is the domain that is why it is not there. When in server manager click on computer in top left hand conner. Then click on add and add the worksations to the domain.

If we try NBTSTAT -N we get a XXX <1C> Group conflict. XXX is the name of the Domain. So we are not able to add user or workstations to the domain.

Restarting the PDC and BDC did not help.

Any ideas?
