No Paste option

I got a problem with win95 when I was installing a PCI driver... whenever I tryied to login the explorer was not responding. I delete windows\explorer.exe and reinstall.
It worked after a long wait. Then I had a problem with the Loadwc.exe so I reinstall IE5.
Now in the windows explorer when I click-right on a file I don't get the option "paste"
Any ideas to fix this problem?
