No password required

I am NOT at this customer site but I am trying to find this information out with our demo system. I am working on a TVA50 voicemail. Some mailbox users are not required to enter a password after they dial the voice mail extension number but some others are required to enter a password. I am going to strongly suggest that all users need to put in a complicated password but I can't find where you can toggle the password required option, if there is one. Thanks in advance.
 
Under the mailbox settings, ensure that the heading for auto login is disabled.

I tried that and when I dial the voice mail extension, it sends me to the AA. I found that if I remove the password from a users mailbox (after original set up) and then dial into the voice mail, it will allow me access to voice mail without a password and it does not prompt me to enter a new password. The customer was not there during the original installation, so thus the confusion.
