We have a fairly large (6,000+ users)Windows 2000 domain. The vast majority of the users are connected via a high-speed LAN. However, we do have some remote users that access the network via dialup on Windows 2000 laptops. For some reason, these remote dialup users do not receive the password expiration ("Your password will expire in xx days...") notice that our LAN connected users receive. This causes these users problems as they never receive a notice and their passwords expire without an opportunity to change them. Has anyone else seen this? Our default domain policy is to begin notifying at 14 days.
